Cause?
In my practice I often hear that people are disappointed when the doctors have not found anything. But that too is something that you have to accept and which you should start to see as pleasant. The chance of recovery is then present.
Accept the pain!
Pain acceptance is also something that is in us. Consider the situations in which we can accept that there is pain (tatoo, sports, fighting). You can again learn to rely on these acceptance mechanisms. Sometimes pain is just there and we do nothing about it. Your pain says nothing about who you really are and therefore nothing about your chances in the future. It is bad luck that you now have such a chronic pain process, but fighting against it daily does not help.
